Vibrant Bungalow 2 minutes to the beach!

Positive: House was beautiful Negative: Back room ac did keep room cool

Memorable Positive: Cozy comfortable nice showers! Negative: Ants all over the counter and dirty keurig also batteries for front door keypad died

Upon our arrival from Dallas we already experienced a long tiring drive coming through a storm. When arriving at 12:45/1 am we just wanted to shower and rest. When looking in the bathroom there was mold all around the shower curtains and scum on the linings. Upon checking the beds the linen was full of pet hair (which I am highly allergic)and looks like what could have been fleas. When calling the number that was provided understandably the host was resting. However, not at any point was a solution provided. We left the property and went and purchased a room at Holiday Inn Express and had to spend additional money. Upon trying to reach the host the next day, I was repeatedly sent to vm. The house keeper reached out and asked for videos in which I sent. When asking were the videos received and what were the next steps, she responded and stated the host would be contacting me. Never heard back. Today is now Sunday 5/18 and still no response from the host. When calling I was again sent to vm. My friend called and he answered stating we would received a call back on Monday. Not only was our girls trip interrupted by this inconvenience but we also lost rest and had to spend more money.

My husband and I had a great time. We recently had our 4th babygirl and a vacation was much needed. We celebrated with our brothers and sisters. The property has everything we needed, it was super cute on the inside and especially outside. It was in a perfect location and I would stray there again.

Positive: The location was very good Negative: An older house, with a few maintenance issues, but they were fixed
